We Stand with them because they Stand Up for Women’s Health.

Meet our “Champions” of Women’s Health

For the thousands of Virginians who rely on Planned Parenthood health centers for access to quality, affordable health care, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia is committed to educating voters on candidates who will stand up to protect women’s health in the Commonwealth.

Below you will find the list of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia’s preferred and endorsed candidates for the Virginia State Senate—our champions of women’s health. Based on the totality of their responses to our questionnaire and/or legislative record, where appropriate, we have determined that these candidates represent the best choice for the men and women in their district on issues related to women’s reproductive health and rights.

In addition to their distinction as “champions,” endorsed candidates are provided additional resources in their legislative campaigns.

Endorsed candidates appear in orange font. All other candidates are preferred. Incumbents are identified in bold font.

No Republican candidate submitted a questionnaire for consideration in this process.
